GameGold is digital content delivered to the selected PlayMir character. After payment is confirmed, delivery may begin immediately or as soon as PlayMir's payment and account systems verify the order.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
All GameGold purchases are final once payment is confirmed and delivery has started, except where required by law or where PlayMir confirms that a refund, correction, or replacement delivery is appropriate.

For paid digital content, UK guidance recognises repair, replacement, and price reduction remedies where digital content does not conform to the contract, and states that price reductions should be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days once entitlement is agreed.

Do not open a chargeback before contacting support unless you believe the payment was unauthorised or fraudulent. Chargebacks and payment reversals can delay investigation because PlayMir must verify account, payment, and delivery records.
GameGold is tied to the account used or selected during checkout. Players are responsible for checking that the correct account is used before paying.
PlayMir may, at its discretion, transfer or correct an unused GameGold balance where:
PlayMir is not required to transfer GameGold where the mistake was caused by account sharing, unauthorised access, false information, or a player-to-player dispute.
GameGold that has been spent, exchanged, traded, consumed, transferred, or used to obtain an in-game benefit is normally non-refundable.
Where PlayMir identifies a confirmed PlayMir error, PlayMir may correct the affected balance, reverse the affected transaction, replace missing GameGold, or provide another fair remedy.
No refund is due where an account is banned, suspended, restricted, wiped, or adjusted because of:
PlayMir may remove GameGold, reverse transactions, suspend access, or restrict account features where needed to protect the game, players, economy, or payment systems.
If you believe a purchase was unauthorised, contact PlayMir support as soon as possible.
PlayMir may temporarily lock, restrict, or suspend any account connected to a disputed payment, chargeback, payment reversal, suspected fraud, stolen payment method, or suspicious payment activity while the matter is investigated.
Where a chargeback, reversal, or fraudulent payment occurs, PlayMir may remove the related GameGold, reverse related trades or benefits, restrict the account, and recover reasonable costs where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. PlayMir may refuse to refund to a different person, account, card, wallet, or payment method unless required by law or approved by the payment provider.
Refund timing depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or wallet provider. PlayMir is not responsible for third-party processing delays after a refund has been submitted.
Refund and correction requests are reviewed using available purchase and delivery evidence, including account details, payment references, payment status, delivery logs, confirmation times, balance-change records, and provider evidence where available.
PlayMir may ask for additional information before making a decision. False, edited, misleading, or incomplete evidence may result in denial of the request and account action.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PlayMir.net, PlayMir game services, accounts, GameGold, website features, downloads, community features, market features, and related services.
By creating an account, using PlayMir.net, downloading or accessing the game, making a purchase, or using PlayMir services, you agree to these Terms.
PlayMir provides an online game service, website, account features, community features, market features, rankings, guides, downloads, and paid digital content known as GameGold.
GameGold is a limited digital balance for use within PlayMir-approved systems. GameGold is not money, not electronic money, not a banked balance, not a deposit, and has no cash value.
You may use PlayMir only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.
If you are under the age required to enter into these Terms in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. The person making a payment is responsible for ensuring they have permission to use the selected payment method.
You are responsible for:
PlayMir is not responsible for losses caused by shared passwords, weak passwords, compromised devices, phishing, account sharing, or unauthorised access not caused by PlayMir.
PlayMir may require verification, password reset, payment review, or support checks before restoring access or changing account details.
GameGold may be purchased through the PlayMir payment page or obtained through PlayMir-approved systems.
GameGold:
PlayMir may change GameGold pricing, exchange rates, bonuses, rewards, availability, and supported payment methods. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Before completing a purchase, you must check the account, amount, price, and payment method.
For GameGold purchases:
PlayMir may delay or refuse delivery where payment is pending, failed, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, suspected to be fraudulent, or linked to suspicious account activity.
For online sales, UK guidance says key price and product information should be clear and prominent directly before the order is placed, and the payment button should clearly acknowledge the obligation to pay.
At checkout, you may be asked to confirm wording similar to:
I agree that GameGold is digital content and that PlayMir may begin delivery immediately after payment confirmation. I understand that once delivery starts, I lose my cancellation right except where the law says otherwise.
PlayMir should keep a record of this acknowledgement with the purchase evidence. UK consumer guidance for downloaded digital content says consumers will not have a right to cancel once a download has started if the trader told them this and obtained explicit acknowledgement.
Refunds, corrections, missing delivery issues, wrong-account issues, chargebacks, reversals, and unauthorised payment claims are handled under the PlayMir Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

PlayMir may investigate suspected breaches of these Terms. Enforcement may include:
PlayMir may act immediately where needed to protect players, the game economy, payment systems, security, or service integrity.
PlayMir may correct balances, items, GameGold, market listings, rankings, rewards, drops, trades, and account records where PlayMir reasonably believes there has been a bug, exploit, duplication, configuration error, payment error, delivery error, database error, display error, rollback, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, or breach of the rules.
PlayMir may also make economy, balance, drop-rate, reward, item, progression, or gameplay changes to preserve the health and fairness of the game.
PlayMir may update, patch, maintain, suspend, restrict, reset, wipe, merge, rename, rebalance, or discontinue parts of the service.
PlayMir does not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security issues, bugs, attacks, hosting problems, third-party outages, or events outside PlayMir's control.
Where required by law, PlayMir will not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You may download and use PlayMir software only for personal use and only to access PlayMir services.
You must not copy, distribute, sell, rent, host, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, create cheats for, bypass protections in, or use the software except as allowed by PlayMir or applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your device, operating system, drivers, security software, and account credentials secure.
You are responsible for content you post, upload, send, display, or share through PlayMir services.
You grant PlayMir permission to host, store, display, moderate, remove, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, promote, and improve the service.
PlayMir may remove content or restrict users where content breaches these Terms, breaks community rules, infringes rights, creates risk, or harms the service or players.
PlayMir, its website, game systems, software, names, logos, designs, text, graphics, code, databases, game assets, and related materials are owned by PlayMir or its licensors.
These Terms do not give you ownership of PlayMir, GameGold, accounts, characters, items, rankings, data, or game content. You receive a limited, revocable permission to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.
PlayMir may use third-party services for payments, hosting, security, analytics, communication, anti-abuse checks, and support.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, fees, processing times, checks, and restrictions. PlayMir is not responsible for third-party outages, delays, rejections, currency conversion charges, bank charges, or payment provider decisions outside PlayMir's control.
PlayMir may collect and use account, payment, delivery, support, security, browser, IP, device, and gameplay records to operate the service, deliver GameGold, investigate disputes, prevent fraud, enforce rules, and support players.
The payment page identifies purchase evidence retained for support and delivery checks, including account name and ID, payment amount, GameGold amount, selected top-up, selected character, digital delivery confirmation, provider reference, payment status, confirmation time, delivery status, delivery time, balance-change records, checkout IP/user-agent records, and provider-supplied browser/IP evidence.
A separate Privacy Policy should explain what personal data is collected, why it is used, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and what rights users have.
Support requests must be honest, complete, and submitted through PlayMir-approved support channels.
PlayMir may refuse or limit support where a user submits false evidence, abusive messages, repeated bad-faith claims, chargeback abuse, account-sale disputes, real-money trading disputes, or requests connected to rule-breaking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayMir is not responsible for:

PlayMir may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where you breach these Terms, create risk, misuse the service, fail payment checks, submit fraudulent claims, or where PlayMir must do so for legal, security, operational, or payment-provider reasons.
Termination does not require PlayMir to refund used GameGold or purchases that are non-refundable under the Refund Policy, except where required by law.
PlayMir may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on PlayMir.net with the updated date.
Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Where required by law, PlayMir will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you additional rights that cannot be excluded.
Disputes should first be raised through PlayMir support so both sides have a chance to resolve the issue using account, payment, delivery, and support evidence.
